Financing IMPACT
We’re providing technical assistance and a revolving, low-interest loan pool to support current and future small business owners operating in the Historic 4th Avenue Business District, Civil Rights District, and city of Birmingham. The IMPACT Loan Fund, administered by Urban Impact and a community loan fund committee, will offer loans from $500 to $25,000 to qualifying women and minority small business owners in the targeted communities.

Beginning at $500, this product is designed to help business owners and individuals strengthen their personal credit profiles by demonstrating their ability to repay.
With exclusive products to the Historic 4th Avenue Business District and Civil Rights District, along with a citywide product, these microloans are designed to drive the development and expansion of place-based and minority-owned small businesses.
