Financing IMPACT
We’re providing technical assistance and a revolving, low-interest loan pool to support current and future small business owners operating in the Historic 4th Avenue Business District, Civil Rights District, and city of Birmingham. The Birmingham Community Fund, administered by Urban Impact and a community loan fund committee, will offer loans from $500 to $25,000 to qualifying women and minority small business owners in the targeted communities.

Credit Builder Loans
Beginning at $500, this product is designed to help business owners and individuals strengthen their personal credit profiles by demonstrating their ability to repay.
Development + Biz Loans
With exclusive products to the Historic 4th Avenue Business District and Civil Rights District, along with a citywide product, these microloans are designed to drive the development and expansion of place-based and minority-owned small businesses.
Capacity Building
As an emerging Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) microloan fund, we provide technical assistance to help build the capacity of our network of small business owners who seek to access credit and improve their business operations through financial products.
