BECOME is a 12-week business accelerator program designed for entrepreneurs who seek foundational business principles and a strong framework to build a sustainable, well-structured business plan.

This hands‑on support helps entrepreneurs build a strategic, sustainable framework for their business plan. Participants work with dedicated coaches and subject‑matter experts who provide deep insight into:

BECOME Legacy is an exclusive, rolling enrollment, one-on-one, 6-week program designed for business owners with 10+ years of active operations. This experience is built for leaders who are ready to shape their legacy, strengthen long-term stability, and prepare their business for the future.

Through a targeted curriculum, participants dive deep into succession planning, capital growth strategies, and the realities of transitioning leadership in a rapidly evolving economy.

By the end of the program, you will walk away with:

A personalized, actionable succession plan for the next 5–10 years.
A clear roadmap for capital growth aligned with shifting economic patterns.
Tools to navigate the nuanced challenges of succession in today’s dynamic marketplace.

B.I.G CAP – Youth Entrepreneurship Program

B.I.G. CAP (Building and Investing in Generational Capital) Youth Entrepreneurship Program is designed to equip Birmingham’s youth with the tools and knowledge to become the next generation of entrepreneurs, showing them alternative paths to success beyond traditional higher education. In partnership with The Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) and powered by Prosper, this program focuses on fostering an entrepreneurial mindset, establishing business acumen, and building a safe and intentional community. Participants will gain practical skills in business education, leadership, and innovation, all while emphasizing the importance of creating lasting generational wealth. There is no cost to participate.
