As an information center operated in conjunction with the Greater Birmingham Convention and Visitors Bureau, Urban Impact’s office serves as the first stop for visitors in the Fourth Avenue Business District.

Visitors can learn more about the area’s history by scheduling tours of the district. Tours include walks to visit historic sites and businesses in the district, and to the downtown Civil Rights District which includes the historic Kelly Ingram Park and the 16th Street Baptist Church.
